"I recently had a terrible customer service experience with Shane Anderson office. Despite several attempts to resolve my issue, which I knew I was right about. I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses from Mr. Anderson and his team. He was were not taken my situation seriously. He brushed off my concerns and told me to contact customer service. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. I submitted a request, and they will review it. They just called me to advise that it has been taken care of, and I removed him as my agent. The fact is that Shane Anderson, showed apparent lack of concern for my situation. Despite my repeated attempts to seek his assistance, Mr. Anderson was dismissive, leaving me feeling unsupported. It was clear to me that he did not care about my needs as a client, and was more interested in simply collecting money and not actually providing me with the help I needed after the fact." *P.S. I never leave reviews, but had to after this experience."

"I recently had a fire (August 29, 2018) that damaged my home and totaled my car and the office staff quickly got me over to claims. Within 3 hours the tow truck was at my house to get my car and my rental car was ready to pick up. They sent Alec with Kilmar to make temporary repairs. Throughout the day I received calls from Diana and Shane. This office made this process so easy!!"

"Poor Customer service. He is only there to sell you a policy. If you try to make a claim you are quickly told to call a 800 number. Claims are between you State Farm. He does not and will no get involved."
